The main goal at Doctor’s Weight Loss Center’s is to encourage you to develop new and better eating habits. While other diets cause a yo-yo effect and encourage deprivation through poor nutrition and chemically processed supplements, Dr. Heron’s weight loss plans promote healthy, long-term weight management and an overall change in lifestyle. We don’t offer pricey, pre-packaged foods or unrealistic liquid meal replacements, but instead, we guide you to make healthy choices when grocery shopping, preparing food at home and even while eating out. We make weight loss realistic.
What to Expect
Should you wish to lose weight quickly, try our FAST diet. Complete the program and receive a tailored meal program just for you, including desserts!
Our unique, 5 stage program will help you detox from processed foods, lose weight and most importantly, maintain lifelong results. This approach allows you to move at the pace you’re most comfortable with and helps prevent the unwanted weight loss plateau. Each stage is suited to meet your individual dietary preferences and health needs. No two people are exactly alike, so why would you eat a one-size-fits-all diet?
Weight loss packages include consecutive weekly visits to weigh in and receive nutritional counseling, education and support. Sessions typically focus on behavior modification, including education in healthy eating habits inside and outside the home, as well as long-term plans to deal with weight problems.
Moderate Carbohydrate Program
If you want to slow it down, lose weight at your own pace. A plan will be designed just for you.
Visit monthly to reassess your progress, discuss changes in your eating habits, remotivate and continue losing weight.
You will also receive the option to purchase non-prescription appetite suppressants, weekly Lipo-C injection or bi-weekly B12 injections.
* Prescription appetite injections are provided in office only:
Semaglutide: $125 weekly; $400 monthly; $900 3 months
Zepbound: $150 weekly; $500 monthly; $1,200 3 months
* Prescription appetite medications are Phentermine and Bontril. Patient will receive a prescription and is responsible to pay at a pharmacy of their choice.
* Prescription injections and appetite suppressants prerequisites:
Patients must provide a current for physical, EKG and blood panels prior to receiving a prescription.
Our fees are:
Physical examination: $150
EKG is $125
*Blood analysis $150
*We will accept your recent blood analysis if the draw date meets our requirements.
We do not accept insurance or FSA. All services are based on cash payment at the time of your visit. It is suggested you call us prior to your first appointment.
All visits are scheduled with Dr Heron by appointment only.
